Our company bought a new International truck in early 2015 from JP, and have had it serviced by outstanding techs such as Joe in service, who is #1 my books. Whenever I have a problem, which is rare, other than normal maintenance, I have received quality response as well as service. I am looked after as if I just purchased the truck yesterday. Harbour is highly regarded by me, and would recommend them to anyone requiring quality service.
Firstly this company lies to you when you are purchasing a Semi. We bought this semi in July 2015 and the sales fellow named Brent told me they had a automatic Semi at auction and they said the reason why at auction was because no one wanted a automatic. Then the story changed, they sold us a lemon and washed there hands and we are out over $30,000 and they don't care !!!! its effected our employment and trucking
I had a TERRIBLE experience when I brought my truck to harbour for some routine maintenance. I booked an appointment on friday and had it there before opening that day, informed them of the work to be done and asked that they let me know at the end of the day when it was complete. the truck was not finished nor was I informed of my trucks status. all day Saturday I called again and was unable to get a hold of anybody only to arrive at the end of the day to find they had ignored my calls and closed early(locking my essential services truck in their compound for the weekend). Tuesday morning of the following week they opened and once I got ahold of them I found out they had not even touched my truck at all!! at 11:59AM tuesday night they finished also charging me for extra parts I did NOT approve. I will never do business with Harbour International or any affiliate ever again.
