Nanaimo Mitsubishi Assistant Controller

I recently traded in my car for a different one, that was supposed to arrive in a week. 5 days later I call to find out when I can pick it up and I was informed that they didn’t actually have the car they sold me! I should have just walked away but the manager made me believe he was going to make things right, but really it has been a huge headache. Long story short I regret buying this car! I wish I could explain more details but I’m at the maximum number of characters.

Literally the WORST experience I've ever had. no help with my car, warranty or any call backs. i had to drive from mill bay to nanaimo 7 times before i even got my car, the day after getting my car, it broke down while i was driving. i called yesterday about my warranty and i said i need repairs and to use my extended warranty and the guy just said 'well I'm not too sure what to say. thats too bad' and 'thats not good for anyone.' i wish i could get out of my car, and the dealership.
