Great experience! I have purchased several cars from North Shore Kia, I find these people who work here to be super friendly and genuine, they seem to really care about what I need. I can be a real difficult customer and these guys put up with me lol

The after sales experience was the worst I have ever seen. Ive took my car for the second service in November last year and asked them to install a snowboard carrier. I was charged for the installation and only the cross bar was installed without the snowboard carrier. When I realized that it was not installed, they said that it was stolen from me which is not true as the car was given to me that way. I do not recommend to anybody North Shore Kia, they put their interest before any customer.

I Can't say enough great things about Moe and his team at North Shore Kia , we currently have bought 3 cars here and can't wait for our trade in for the new 2016 Kia Optima. They really treat their customers like family, they are honest, friendly and really look out for your best interest. Even after the deal is done ...the service is still top notch. Purchased a 2005 ...

Purchased a 2005 Volvo XC70 at North Shore Kia and couldn't be happier. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly which made the process a lot more enjoyable. I generally find that buying a car is far from pleasant but everyone at NS Kia made me feel very comfortable. Love my new Volvo and will continue to bring it in to NS Kia to have it taken care of!

Lies...if you wan...

Lies...if you want to buy into a boat full of lies, this is the place to go. Moe, the Manager has lied about numerous things to me including the dangerous brake condition a used Toyota I bought from him has. The service record, and work done on the vechile to resolve it - yep, lied about that too....and then there was the new Electric vehicle I bought - yup..lies about that too. these people ruined Mitsubishi at this location...they are doing a good job ruining Kia too. Avoid!
