Fred not only came in and opened his shop for us on a Sundaybut was so kind&knowledgeable.He made special efforts inmake this deal work for us/we had traveld a ways to replace our vehicle!He was COVId prepared was wearingmask with hand sanitizer for vehicle&office.He also provided us with an insur person come right to his lot to make sure we had insur before we left! Then he f/u phone call next day make sure we made it home &that we were pleazd w/suv!Wow incredible customer service! Impressive!
