Negative energy
Billed one amount for my order, but a larger amount charged to my credit card. After spending all day on the phone with them to fix the error (which they called "my error"), they refunded the difference, but made no effort otherwise to say sorry. Also, still waiting for product to be delivered 2 weeks later, and we live in B.C. I would definitely NOT recommend them, and when speaking to 3 different people at the company, I felt a weird negative energy.
