wedding bouquet
I prepaid in May and ordered 5 boutonnieres, 1 big bouquet (for bride), 1 small bouquet (for bouquet toss) for my wedding in August 2013. Meet up in shop twice, communicate with emails few times. Sent them photos of my desire bouquet and boutonniere. I even show her my desire size of bouquet in person since I am petite. She said their bouquet is small, for sure no problem for my size request. About the style, she said no problem. About the flower kind, mainly big bloomed roses, she said no problem, she will let the roses bloom before my wedding day. I asked my friend to pick up my order. When I saw my flowers, I was shocked! They were not even 10% alike my request. Not the style! Not the size! The only thing matched was the main flower kind, rose! However, they're all regular roses, not big roses. Suppose I ordered bloomed roses, but they are all blossom or not even blossom. The bouquet for me was way too big and it covered up my whole body. The stem for holding was at least 10 inches long 2 inches wide, it kept leaking and the ribbon kept falling. It made me look like a bride holding a vase with flowers. Ended up I used the smaller bouquet and the huge one I used it for bouquet toss. It is ridiculous! I made full payment when I ordered it. She told me she would call me 2 weeks before the wedding day for confirmation. Unfortunately, she didn't contact me and I called her 5 days before my wedding day to confirm, and she said she got my order. If she can't do it or needs to charge more, she can just let me know. However, whatever I request she said she could do it. It is not right that she does her business like this, getting married is not an every year event. It seemed that I had no choice but taking whatever she had given me on that day! Very bad experience.
