I’ve booked myself and my family for appointments. Soon after I had a voice message to change my appointment for earlier day.I called back an was put on hold while I could hear what happens in the office for some reason. The receptionist were chatting on unrelated to dental care themes, while I was waiting. It was very unprofessional! The day of my appointment it was canceled due to the office circumstances . If you value your time, keep away from the City Centre Dentistry .
