I wonder if this will be published???
Yesterday for the second time in a few months we had no interned service for nearly 24 hours, but this time the problem blacked out the entire province of BC. Several calls to their service center got the same response: "Our technicians are working on it.: and "No, they have not told us when it will be fixed." Then I realised that both outages were on weekends -- this one ironically on BC day!!!! Service miraculously returned in time for business on the next work day. It makes me wonder .... Is Telus is just too cheap to pay the overtime for their technicians to work on weekends & holidays!!!!!! How many technicians were at work yesterday? It would be interesting to get hold of the Telus pay records and see if anyone was called in to deal with what should have been considered a priority issue. I'm so tired of listening to their phone message advising me to get access their internet website when my internet goes out I could scream!!!!
