I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the Lugaro team. My husband bought me the most beautiful ring in June and I have enjoyed looking at the piece everyday since. Yesterday, I looked down and one of the diamonds was missing. I was beyond upset. This morning, my husband, took the ring in, Clara took one look at it and told him that should never have happened and that they will replace the stone free of charge.
