I have been going here for years, in fact, before it opened as I have been using Manuel for maybe 15+ years. Except for the only one time when I went too short I have left with always great hair. I do not need to look at the back to make sure he did a good job. I have always had compliments about my haircuts. I held off highlights for a long time and now addicted and love the look and leave it in his capable hands to change up the hair style once in a while.

I cancelled my appointment, as I was booking this from my Groupon, the guy told me exactly this: We'll probably do a toner, and that is $40 he had not even seen my hair... so Groupon very kindly reversed my payment and I've cancelled this appointment. I told the person booking me I was looking for a salon as I'd had some challenging experiences with hair salons that cost me over $600 to repair. When I saw these reviews I backed out. Red Room, get some of your clients that like you on here

Run!!!!! He cut 6...

Run!!!!! He cut 6-8 inches off my waist length hair after requesting a trim of 2 or so inches. Highlights are invisible. Cost me $60 for groupon plus $40 in toner...not worth it. Will be complaining. Need hair in a bun for work and it won't fit anymore!!!! So MAD!

They are snobby a...

They are snobby and really inconvenient. Tried calling a bunch of times to make an appointment and they did not pick up throughout the day. They try to pressure you into buying their hair products and their stylists have such a disingenuous attitude towards their customers. Also, it is overrated and overpriced.
