Hired Dennis to rebuild my hot tubs motor and replace jets; he told me it would take a couple days. After 8-9 days, he told me they would be coming by to install the new parts that week. On Friday of that week he told me they would be coming Monday or Tuesday at the latest. On Tuesday afternoon I went to the store and he told me they would be coming up on 20 minutes. Some 2 hours later I called them only to be told they will come between 1pm and 2pm today. Its now 3:40pm and no one has

I was quoted $1800 for a pool cover from Kathy the salesperson. Four months later than they said it would take I had the pool cover installed and received a bill for $3600. This cover was to replace one I had bought from them the previous year (which only lasted 6 months). And the new one has failed after just one season. Dennis wouldn't take $2000 as payment and has since ruined my credit rating. He will not see a cent....

We just bought a house with a pool and Dennis and the staff have been very friendly and helpful to help us get used to it. They also have the best prices in Vernon, we have since added a salt water system and a gas heater to it at much lower prices than anyone else in Vernon. Oh, almost forgot the Dirt Devil robotic cleaning, what an amazing device! Drop it in and in a few hours the pool is clean. No more back washing etc. Just skim the bugs off the top and enjoy. I would highly recommend Backyard Pleasures for all your pool or spa needs.
