Bad service for delivery. Never had a problem till we ordered one day before work. Told the person on the phone we would be paying debit. And then the delivery driver who doesn't actually work for Jim's but works for some delivery company, told us they told him cash. We had no cash and were on a timeline. He was pretty rude. And wanted us to follow him down to an atm (which is at least 10min drive from the house) so we could pay. We told him we were on a timeline and we had said debit but he kept trying to make it our fault. He eventually just left, so we phoned Jim's and they called the delivery driver and he came back and dropped off the pizza. Then Jim's called us and said we would have to come in to their store and pay, which is across town and we had to go to work anyways. You'd think after all that they'd give us a $20 pizza for free. Won't be ordering from them again.
