the male working the counter couldn't even fathom that a female might actually know what the issue with there phone was. tried the replace the screen after removing the screen protector without consent. when it appeared to be a connection issue between the motherboard and the led screen the screen still flickers but is unresponsive. not a crack on the screen. very upsetting situation, this wasn't the first time I have had this issue at this location.
