We have been dealing with them for TWO weeks.. after a placement tank.. STILLLL no running hot water. We called back, they came a replaced a “FAULTY” heating element, & STILL no hot water. After ANOTHER call, and going on to week THREE without hot water, they are coming back to replace the thermostat. If the water tank is “NEW”, WHY does it need some many replacements??? Why not just a NEW tank ??? I don’t recommend using them. I hope our landlords were NOT over charged.
