Had a serious brake issue. Booked on a Sun. and got an appointment on Mon. Very busy on a Mon morning but got my truck in almost immediately. Jim ? got on it and it turned into an ugly job. The brake drum was seized on the right rear. To make it short, I would give them a 6 star rating for customer service.

When my car broke down I assumed it would cost me an arm and a leg to fix it. I called several mechanic shops in Victoria trying to get an idea of how much it would cost with little to no help.. until I called Midas and spoke with Nar. It was such a relief to have a knowledgable mechanic answer the phone, and for that reason I got my car towed here. When I went to pick up my car the next day, it was Nar again who had looked at my car and said it was such an easy fix he didn't charge me a thing,
