    Pilates Newbie

    I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Thank you for all the great info!

    Pain Relief!

    I awoke this morning in extreme pain with my shoulder. It had become locked along with the muscles in my neck. A friend suggested I call Shelbourne Physiotherapy. I was fit in within a few hours, and was amazed at the relief I got from their IMS therapy. Within an hour I was able to turn my head and use my arm again. Thank you for getting me back on my feet!

    Best Pilates Studio in Victoria

    I have been going here for the last 6 months, and am thoroughly impressed by this studio. They have a wide variety of classes for all levels whether it is mat or reformer that you are interested. Convenient location just out of downtown with lots of parking. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and the studio is very clean & hygienic.
