I took my camera for assessment and paid $39 up front. I told them the issue and gave them a small part in a bag that had fallen out of the camera. After a week or two they called me to say that the camera was working fine and the problem was that he batteries were low! (they were new batteries). I asked about the part and the repair guy said very abruptly that he didn't know what it was. He told me a repair is not worth it. So I got nothing but inconvenience for my $39.
