Times have certainly changed. I have belonged to the Royal Bank in Flin Flin for 60 years. Tried to do some business and I asked to speak with the Manager. Two days I have tried to do business at the bank First day there were no employees in the Bank that I could speak with. Employee offered the telephone and I was told that he could call a Bank employee that I could speak with. I declined the telephone call Today I made a telephone call to the Flin Flon Brsnch. I’m actually writing a concern at the RBC at The Pas Branch. I would like to speak with the area manager but cannot find his name and phone number. I am a client there and I also clean The Pas Branch. The manager in The Pas does not seem to know the process of upkeep of the yard in The Pas I need some guidance please
