Christabel Leung, student of the Institute of Dance of Manitoba, have received the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance Solo Seal Award. An international Award of the highest calibre, the Solo Seal is awarded to very few worldwide each year. “It is always thrilling when students are awarded the highest of accolades” said Ms. Bernadette Shum.
