Wish I could put a zero star!! Rude employees definitely need better training and can answer zero questions. Apparently the way they resolve an issue is putting you on hold and forgetting about you probably in hopes you will hang up.

This store is terrible for customer service and the customer service department needs training and decorum. I called to make enquiries about bathroom upgrades and was being tossed around and eventually I was hung up on. I called back and the same lady was disconnecting the call severally once she heard my voice. I later called same day to speak with a manager and was informed there was none available and was also told there is no process or channel to express my displeasure. Terrible!!!

I wish there was a zero star option. My girlfriend and I purchased a larger portable green house. After two days of use some minor winds complete twisted the greenhouse. Upon asking for a refund for an inferior product we were given nothing but attitude and the worst customer service I have ever received. I explained the canopy was already ripped and that we intended to bring it back but the wind already got to it.....Rona has terrible return policys and useless management. Do not shop here.

Talked to a lady about a shed in seasonal, total attitude . Went to get a price match on a shed Lowe’s had , got the total runaround and told that it’s a special value at Lowe’s , it was on sale at Lowe’s. Soooo no price match , was the exact same shed , what exactly does price match mean . Oh yea the lady at customer service seemed like I was trying to pull one over on them by asking for a price match . Stupid me for thinking price match meant they would match another stores price .

Went down for a price quote about a job on my house . My roof is leaking . All around my house my roof is leaking because of the condensation from a major condensation problem . I waited two weeks for them to get back to me and they still did not get back to me . had to go down and see them twice more to find out what's happening . They couldn't be bothered with my business well unbelievable worst service ever have I had never had such bad service ever in my life
