Excellent services and courteous staff. This place is very friendly and teachers are providing an amazing training students are not only polite and friendly but very respectful. Dealing with issues involving director is very easy and comfortable.

I received a really nice haircut, the stylist was competent and gentle. Also had a facial and manicure - all were good. It is a teaching academy and students do benefit from working with clients. They are polite and the atmosphere is quite professional. JP

Terribly mismanaged. Educators don’t last longer than a few months on average. Toxic environment for students and employees. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. NEVER GO HERE.

NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. I constantly went back trying to give them second chances. THE TEACHERS ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL, not to mention they have NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE TALKING ABOUT. The last time I went, they chaged me over $70 more than expected, WITHOUT TELLING ME. THEY WOULD CHARGE ME FOR RANDOM STUFF I NEVER ASKED FOR AND DIDNT TELL ME THEY WERE DOING IT. the students are nice, the teachers make me sick. They would never listen to what I wanted, always would make my hair different.

Perfect place for a great mani/pedi! Students are well educated! Prices are good so I can go every month!

DO NOT GO HERE.The student doing my hair refused to listen to the teacher insisting she had a "better way". I left with dye all over my face and neck, and a very splotchy, patchy brown ombre that had not been blended at all. I called back to have them fix it. Ended up with Ms. L who refused to tone hair that she had bleached, did not complete and job and told me to "just use purple shampoo". The instructors care even less than the students. don't waste your time or money.

The worst ever

Would never go back. It is a pretty building with free parking, but that is the only reason to go. The student had NO CLUE what to do, and the reason why became so obvious once the teacher came over. The teacher (Macfey?) pretty much did everything, which would have been awesome if my hair turned out at all! I do not recommend this place at all. After I left, I went across the street to walmart, bought a box of dye and went home and re-did it. Turned out way better! (L'Oreal preference).

I would not recommend this school to anyone! I received poor customer service and felt I was overcharged for colour services.
