Topchop Custom Catering

Probably wouldnt be writing this if I recd refund I was promised! 3 times I requested & 3 times it has not arrived? Cabbage rolls were good, altho I couldnt taste onions that I was assured were in them? Perogy cheddar filling was good, but dough was a bit tough around edges. Lemon cupcakes were just ok & need more flavor, i.e. maybe add some lemon zest! Icing was too firm & thick for my liking, as well as not having much of chocolate flavor. I like light & fluffy icing.
