The owners are very knowledgeable. Been travelling across the city for several years now just to shop there. Feeders are extremely reasonably priced. They have always been great at answering questions. Lots of experience between those two.

Was very disappointed in this store and the owners were both rather rude. I called to find out hours and I drove over five hours to get there. Upon entering the store I was immediately dismissed outside. Ok due to Covid I get it. Upon entering the store I was asked what I wanted. Well I had no idea I was just excited to check the store out and buy some things for my very large snakes. I was not allowed in the store and no one said that when I called. They will not get my business.

Location is extremely inconvenient but it would be worth it if the customer service was better. I've had problems obtaining enough feeder bugs for my breaded dragon and decided to try this place. The price is good for feeder bugs but again, the service is terrible. The woman was particular rude. They leave the catapillars in an open bin on the service counter. I asked the woman what kind one was as I have never seen them before. Her tone was as if I inconvenienced her with a question.

Love this place! Owners are friendly, informed and helpful. Great selection of fairly priced animals with proper care. Fair prices on feeders. Highly recommend Winnipeg Reptiles over any other store in Winnipeg and will continue to take the drive across the city because THEY ARE WORTH IT!
