Bought a used 2017 Ford Escape SE. paint starts peeling after a month and a half. Asked if anything could be done. Got told they would talk to ford and then basically said I’m on my own aha... great people though and free coffee I guess?

One of the worst experience ever. Totally non-professional salesmen and if you the basic accounting, they got annoyed in explaining the costs. I would not recommend at all!
We took our 2013 Kia Sportage in for an error in the transmission. Long story short, the fix was under warranty but they also detected that the battery voltage was low and needed replacing. $300 for new battery and installation. The battery was <2 years old and, after paying and checking our old battery with 2 other reliable sources, there was nothing wrong with it. We got it put back in and it runs perfectly. Not the first bad experience with them, take our lead and avoid them!
