    So the owner comes to see what we need done. He said he would be able to do the job and would get back to us with an estimate. Never heard a word from him again. A month later I see the company is building a new home not far from my house. So he ended up getting a bigger job, I assume. I get that, BUT what I dont get is why he never let us know. Not a darn word. Just disappeared. Is that a good business practice? Word of mouth is a powerful tool in a small community.
