I am new to this ...
I am new to this area and ZigZag came recommended by their client. Their receptionist was rude; arrogant and inflexible when I asked for an appointment, keeping me on hold while deciding to take another caller who was also seeking an appointment. She tried so hard to accommodate that caller then went to speak to the hairdresser only to come back to tell me they were very busy, without apology. It is a good sign they are such a successful salon but sadly it comes at the price of a new client.
