I bought a new frame from this store of Londonfog, and I am really happy with it. Frame is really of excellent quality and price was also good. The lady named Kaur really helped me a lot in choosing the frame. Services provided by them are of excellent quality. I highly recommend others to visit this store. They will also have a wonderful experience as I had.

Overall, I had a great experience purchasing eyewear. Since the store had opened, we've been one of the first few customers. We've experienced great customer service. The optometrist is very nice and easy to deal with. Their prices are also very reasonable and the staff try their best to make the experience great for you.

I had a great experience the first time I came with my oldest son,when I purchased his contact lenses. Sati helped me and was very helpful and made me feel confortable. She went above and beyond to help me get contact lenses at a timely manner. Because the service was so good, I came back to purchase my youngest sons contact lenses. Rude Lady!

I had an awful experience at this branch of akal optical today. The woman who was at the desk was pleasant at first but when we started asking her questions about an ad in a flyer we had received, she became very rude and almost accused us of lying (we had mentioned that a different branch of akal optical had offered a certain deal to us before). I will not be going there again and DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would! Very disappointed!

I had an unpleasant customer service experience with the lady manager who works there. She wanted me to make a non-refundable deposit on the frames I liked. I'm the type of person who likes to think before making a decision. When i came back the next day, she said that the price 'went up'. When I asked her why, she stated that she is THE MANAGER in the store and can do as she pleases. Enjoy your experience shopping for glasses ...far away from this place :)

I bought my glasses from Akal optical they are amazing.I tried other places before to get my progressive lenses done but they never worked for me. But now when i got my Progressive lenses from Akal optical they used digital Crizal lenses and its amazing. Thank you so much Sati I strongly recommend everyone to come here
