Best Buy Bramalea City Centre

The most horrible service ever. No attempt to help. Long lineup and nobody wants to come by and help. While tons of them are standing around. They saw the lineup but after dealing with a customer the rep just walks away. The manager (I think) called Shelbie had it written in her body language that she does not care and so do the guys in the mobile sign up section. I remember this guy Ruchil who was absolutely the worst rep ever to have dealt with. Wish I could leave ZERO stars...!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The representatives act as if youre inconveniencing them if you ask questions.

We are used to the excellent staff and service at Weston & 401. Our business is in Brampton, so we go to BCC to shop. But, every time we go to this store we get the worst service and total indifference. The standard answer is “I don’t know or it is not my department. Today was the payoff! He said “Don’t know and I’m going on break.” When I asked if he normally walks away from big sales he said it doesn’t matter because they are not on commission! Really? We won’t be back! And phoning forget it!

Take the day off if your coming here

6 reps standing around the front and I'm waiting in their customer service line for over 45 mins like do these guys really not care about their customers and I've even asked 4 times for a rep and as I still stand in line is where I'm writing this review. By far the worst customer service I have experienced and it's not even busy in the store maybe 10 customers walking around.

Rude customer service. Never pick up the phone. Get annoyed whenever you ask questions. Definitely my first and last time purchasing something from this location

So bad they are not even worth a rating. I called the store several times in one day, not once did they pick up. The absolute worse service I have ever encountered anywhere.
