Amazing staff

I had the pleasure of meeting the staff and taking a tour of the clinic, and what stood out to me was how comfortable and relaxed the waiting area is, and how friendly and welcoming the staff are! Overall a beautiful clinic!

Treatment

I had upper dentures put in through my dentist on May 3, 2012. I didn't expect them to be immediately trouble free. However, seven months later, they were still causing me great problems. They were also very loose which made eating very difficult. My girlfriend told me to go to the denturist that treated her. She spoke very highly of your clinic so I made the appointment. I have to say I was most impressed from the moment I stepped into the office. It is beautifully furnished in a professional manner but at the same time, it has a warm touch to it. The first person with whom I spoke to first was a young lady at the front desk. She was such a pleasant, friendly young lady and is just the type of person one would like to meet when attending an appointment for a medical treatment for which most people are a tad uncomfortable. I was then introduced to another young lady, Jodie Carr. I wasn't particularly nervous about the procedure, but I was so impressed with her down to earth, pleasant personality that I could easily see how her whole demeanor would most definitely put a nervous person at ease. I want to say the entire experience was a pleasant one. People like me have lots of friends that are losing their teeth and if any want the name of a denturist, it is the name of this clinic they will get from me. The plate that Jodie fixed up for me fits perfectly. It is no longer loose and I haven't noticed any sore spots developing. I am very happy with the results. By Patient M.Johnston
