Lazy. I asked the 2 gets sitting at the door dept. chatting if the 36 door hinges I was about to buy were “the standard size for the brands of pre-hung doors you sell. One had no idea and the other guessed what I had was correct. Instead of walking over with me to confirm. I know have the incorrect size. I wound understand if it was busy. I know have to return them and buy them at Lowe’s.

Terrible service, was promised that the delivery will arrive on time... took time off from work got the contractor come on time, home depot delayed the delivery and had an excuse that the their employee did not knew about the delivery time. Didn't do anything when explained them the situation. And gave different answers everytime I called them to enquire about the delivery. Will not advise anyone to go there. They don't value anyone's time..
