Medigas CPAP Therapy & Supplies

After being diagnosed with sleep apnea, I was directed to this Medigas location to be fitted with a CPAP device. Sleep Support Advisor Rashmi Sapkota quickly allay my anxieties through her relaxed and professional approach to explaining the device's operation as well as setting up the product in accordance with my prescription. She was pleasant and had a very good attitude.

Special thank you to Alexandra she was a big help to my Mom and I she explained in detail everything I needed to know about the operation of the CPAP machine so that I could assist my Mom in understanding the machine because she doesn’t speak English and Alexandra made her feel comfortable and at ease, once again I just wanted to put it out there that Alexandra was friendly knowledgeable and one of kind salesperson Medigas is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee Sincerely, Agnes

Very bad service at the head office I had a problem with my CPAP while in a trip in Croatia and they did not give me any hint to solve the problem outside than to go to a pharmacy. I had to be out of mymachine formore thant a week and when I came back in Canada, there was a serious problem of communication Nevertheless, the person in charge of the Sherbrooke office was very helpfull in her effort to solve the problem.
