City Taxi

Feb 28, 2022 Brent K. was the driver. He has an attitude issue and is completely rude. He told me that he couldn't open the back door of the van cause there were people that were walking past his driver's side door. Then he specifically took a longer way to get to my home costing me more money. He told me not to call him for help with groceries. I tried to explain the situation to Michelle the dispatcher, and she confirmed with me that his job is to take the groceries to the front door.

I made a request for not east Indian driver since I have had many bad expresses with them and this cab company including very bad driving charging me more for cab fair nearly double ( and made multiple complaints to the company with no result) ... i have nothing against them personally at all !!!!! but when i called today was told i was a racist and hung up on by there dispatcher .. i have taken this compony for 10 years and never again

Not impressed at all. I always call in advance for a cab. I had a time call in and they were here 30hr early, we werent ready, so they left. When the time came for them to come back, they never showed. I waited for 30 minutes. I finally cancelled my plans and my cab. 10 minutes later, to add to my growing anger, the cab arrived. NEVER CALLING CITY CAB AGAIN!!!!!!!
