    The windows The C...

    The windows The Company removed were far better then the ones they put in...no follow up...poor workmanship no warranty!

    I had an awful ex...

    I had an awful experience with Hanksters, and I would not recommend him to anyone seeking windows or doors. First, the door that he installed leaked excessively, however, I am most frustrated with his customer service in dealing with the issue. He was extremely unavailable, and would never return phone calls - it would be weeks at a time before I would finally catch him on the phone. It also took him coming back TWICE to fix the leaky door, which resulted in damage to the interior of my home.

    The owner and workers were prompt and provided excellent service! I was impressed by their work ethic. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. The workers cleaned up and completed the work on time. The owner followed up and communicated with me in person and via text as soon as possible. If any questions, he addressed them right away and any concerns, he offered to make them right. I would definitely recommend Kreative Aluminum. Lire plus
