last night we went to the drive thru.tried 3 times to get them to hear our order. waited in line to the window to complain and maybe order. was told that there were people behind us now waiting for their orders( i guess they heard their orders just fine) no apology given at the window. Went inside complained to no avail.so ordered. we were first in that line.waited at least twenty minutes for 1 hot dog, 2 large poutine, a soup and onion rings.got the soup and hot dog and rings. items got cold.
