Kudos Auto Sales

Sold me a vehicle saying it has air conditioning then once I picked it up I went through the manual and realized there was none even tho I was told “oh ya you gotta have ac” and explicitly saying it’s important to me to have ac. Called them 5 minutes after driving away and they blamed me and did not believe me when I told them it’s VERY difficult and expensive to put ac in a vehicle without any. Would not give me any compensation. Also did not change the oil or find the block heater as promised.

Excellent customer service truck was delivered before the expected delivery date to my front door. Appreciate the honesty and integrity.

I was looking for a long box f150 in mint condition for a very very long time. Visited a buncha ford dealership, they didnt have what I was looking for. Well thank god I found Kudos Auto.
