My husband called and asked for some information about a part, the individual who answered the phone chose to not help him to find the part or if it was available, because that could take up to an hour of his time to find that. Since he wasn't willing to take the time to assist, we have taken our business elsewhere. What is he there to do besides assist customers? Two reviews with similar outcome does tend to make you wonder, what is their POLICY on customer service? That they are only there to help a person as long as it is convenient?
I went to the place to get a part. They have a poor selection there and most seem to be over priced. I wanted to order a part and was dealt with rude individuals. The guy complained to me that it's almost closing time and he didn't want to put my order in because he wants to go home. Seriously? Terrible service. Was my first time there and I'm glad I got my part elsewhere for cheaper! How are they still in business?
