Strongman Appliances

We bought a fridge and had a bunch of problems and it took 6 months before they paid attention. They traded our fridge and when we got it home it was missing 3 drawers, and many other small parts. It has been nearly a year and we still don't have our drawers. The main panel is messed up and our fridge HEATS instead of cools. We can't have a service tech help us because it turns out our fridge is a floor model and doesn't have serial #. Strongman has been no help at all and ignores us.

very bad customer service. Owner ignored my calls and text messages. Very unprofessional. I got damaged washer and didn't get the service to fix it that was promised
