TERRIBLE. My BIL and sister bought a home from them and it has been a NIGHTMARE for them - from the very beginning!! They try to scam you and make you feel bad for wanting the things that you PAID for. I honestly can't believe how this builder is still in business. If you buy from this builder be VERY specific with what you want and DO NOT let them push you around. At the PDI they WILL rush you and they will tell you that you only have a limited time to look at things. AWFUL.

Bad experience with BallyGarven Builder

BallyGarven Homes built our house in 2006 in Newmarket. Quality of material is really bad, services from the repair team, and office managemental team are even worse. Not many repairs are good, we had to do repairs by ourselves. Many of our friends who bought houses from this builder got the same problems. Six years later, now in 2012, the attitute of its managemental team is not changed. The builder is very reluctant to return our "deposit for damaged grading" that we deposited when we bought the house !!! I can not find its official website. I called its office 4-5 times over a month period but no return cheque yet ! Could the builder return the deposits faster? It our money.
