THIS PLACE IS OVER PRICED AND AWFUL. I called and asked to get an appointment with a BLONDE SPECIALIST and was told that there was a girl named Kelsey who would do my hair. I get to the salon and say I wanted only my roots done all over my head. She started foiling my hair. She only did half of my head in foils. I go sit down and wait for my hair to process and then get my hair washed out. I sit back in the chair and my hair looked almost black. She had but JET BLACK low lights all in my hair.
