Booked an appointment for our large bulldog to get an allergy shot. Drove for 45 mins to get to the clinic and drop our dog off for the allergy shot. Got a call 10 mins later explaining that they didn't have enough of the vaccine to give our dog which was extremely frustrating. What made the experience more upsetting, was that they charged for a check up exam($108+ tax) which was unnecessary. We will never return to this clinic! Be forewarned that they are unprofessional at times

Terrible, terrible clinic. Overcharges, alter rates discussed earlier, terrible customer service (very rude and hangs up on clients), tried to speak with the vets, was told was to busy and not willing to speak to me. For excitable animals, Did not even offer a alternative or a take home sedative that I found out was available from other veterinarians. Seems to be only concerned about charging outrageous rates.

I have used them for breeding purposes only because I am out of area and my vet does not do this. They have always been professional, caring and friendly.

Dr. Hillis is the most knowledgable and compassionate vet--he truly cares about the animal and the owner. Always prepared to make time when I had concerns for my puppy. Now my furbabies are two and three and I wouldn't want any other vet or vet techs looking after them. Mary and Beau are the best!!!

Friendly staff, very compassionate when we had to put our dog down. Quick appointments and reasonable rates.

it was terrible. They tell clients about each other, and gossip too much. There is no client/patient - Clinic confidentiality, which in the world of purebred dogs is crucial, particularly when one is spending $$$$ with them!

People are friend...

People are friendly and knowledgeable, Dr's are fair and well educated, the clinic is advanced in the services they offer (laser treatments) and the costs are within reason compared to other clinics in our area.

I started going here because the vet|I was using doubled their fees when they opened a new office. I always get friendly service and great care is taken with my pet.

Rude and pricy

Called to verify cost for vaccine before making appointment was quoted $50. After services were rendered was charged $95. When asking about the increase in price I was treated like it was my fault the receptionist quoted me the wrong price and they still wanted to charge me the $95 even after I spent over $2000 two weeks before. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND TO TREAT YOU POORLY. Never going back.
