Paul's reliable is anything but reliable. We agreed on a price and a date for distribution weeks in advanced. As the date approached, I emailed him to follow up and coordinate drop off of my flyers. Not only did he then change his price (he claimed it was because it was a "rush" job when in fact we had agreed on a date) but then said he would be unable to distribute the flyers do to his personal experiences with the industry I work in.
