Dr. Z went out of her way to meet with me early on the day of my pets surgery she called me with updates and treated my pets like family its hard to find this quality od service bur Dr. Z delivers thanks from Ringo and I
I do not recommend to anybody to go this place. I took my dog for spaying to this place. They did the surgery in the morning and they told me I can pick up my dog in the afternoon. Right from the beginning I notice some bleeding but I thought she just had a surgery so probably it is normal. It has been bleeding little bit here and there whole evening so I look at the surgical site I notice little bit of opening and It seems there was no suture or staples to hold skin together. I call and report them about the problem. They told me to come to see them but they are going to charge me. They charge me around 70 dollars unexpectedly for the fluid they administered during the surgery . I paid for the surgery almost 400 dollars and then they charge me for the fluid and they want to charge me for the job they didn't do it properly in the first place. I am not going back to this place.
Very honest, compassionate and caring staff. They show true concern for your sick pet and the emotional toll on the pet owner. I hear from fellow pet owners how they get soaked with fees and tests everytime they take their pet to their own vet. Don't worry about taking your pet to this vet. They are sensitive to the fact that some pet owners are on a tight budget and don't overcharge or recommend services that are not required. They gave me discounts, partial payments terms with the balance owed at the end of the week, free cat food knowing I was struggling to make ends meet at one point. When my older cat was sick with cancer, they didn't talk me into expensive tests or therapies. They called to check how we were doing. The vet came in early especially for me one day because I was so distressed that my cat was going through difficulty. It was his time and everyone was heart broken when he was put down. They said its OK if you didn't bring money today, you can bring it next week. They wrapped my cat in a blanket. I was so touched by their kidness and empathy. I have been taking my pets here for over 10 years! Wonderful, compassionate staff. Very knowledgeable, caring, helpful. They won't gouge you with fees. I would highly recommend them. They are the Best!
We have been bringing our cats here for the past couple of years and have always been pleased with the care given. Recently we had to have our old cat put to sleep and the staff were very caring and supportive at a difficult time. I recommend this vet practice very highly.
I have been taking my pets to this hospital for the last 10 years. In my opinion, my pets could not get a better and more professional care anywhere else. The staff is courteous, very knowledgeable, and great animal lovers.
I took my puppy in for an injured foot. After 30 minutes they took two xrays, and charged me over $300 dollars. They didn't ask me if they could take a second xray and the second xray was useless. They only used the first one. Then they couldn't even tell if any bones were broken from the xray. So that was useless. Then they wrapped it with a stick and some tape and gauze for which they charged me $30. The stick made my puppys foot even more painful cause it forced her to walk on it at the tip where it hurt her the most, so I had to take it off when I got home, she was crying so much! Then they charged me the office visit fee of $65. That was expected. I wouldn't recommend this place at all!
