Had this UPS store pack and Mail a package to my home in US. Package arrived split open and 2 treasured items from my Mother missing and 1 damaged! Have followed entire procedure for claim with insurance and told to stay in contact with store for reimbursement-have called 5 times in 25 days to speak with manager to get info on claim. She refuses to call me back! VERY, VERY UPSET WITH SERVICE FROM THIS STORE. I AM UNABLE TO GO TO STORE DIRECTLY BECAUSE I LIVE IN U.S..
