Aveda at Butterfly Salon And Spa

I've been going here to get my hair done for a few years. I love this salon. They always do a great job. I recently went to get an updo for my wedding and it was not disappointed. Alysa was able to squeeze me in for a trial even though I procrastinated booking it and my hair looked just as good on the wedding day as it did after the trial.

Worst Experience

My bridesmaids and I (4 of us in total) had our makeup done here for my wedding on Oct.8/16 and it was the absolute WORST experience we have ever encountered. The makeup artist FORGOT her makeup, the "lighting unit didn't get put back into the makeup station" so we sat in a dark, unlit corner, I had to go to Rexall and buy liquid liner (again, because she forgot her makeup),There is so much more but Im running out of space here. They wont refund me, or the other girls and its disgraceful

Amazing facial!

I booked a facial on the spur of the moment... I believe I called on Saturday and was able to get in on Monday! Amazing service. The facialist was knowledgeable and understanding of my sensitive skin's needs; she didn't push any product at the end of my facial because I had finally figured out a regimen that worked for me. Extractions were gentle and the entire experience was incredibly relaxing. My skin looked amazing for the whole month after my facial! Will definitely go back.
