Ordered take out. Burger was the size of a chicken nugget and as thin as a flat bread. Burnt-dry-no flavor. Received about 10 fries with the order. Just terrible!!! Never again
I always loved the food, but then things started to go wrong. We'd order 16 piece wings and then they'll give up 14. And one time, the vegetable side they gave us, one celery was already covered in dipping that we didn't dip in. Our dip was white, and the dipping covering the celery was yellow. It was disgusting. I don't really think I'll go back.
Had a craving for Fish and Chips and on an impulse swung in. Busy place. I was served the beer I ordered and waited maybe 15 minutes before ordering the 2 pc. F/C...It was slow coming and when set in front of me I had a very strong foreboding that this was not going to have a happy ending. The fries were undercooked, pale and soggy and the fish was pale grey as well. My thoughts of having a nice crisp breading
were disappointed as the breading was cold doughy and tasteless. After one bite I had enough and called the manager who was very apologetic explaining that this is their 'New Menu"
I didn't try their Old Menue, but if this was the new and improved version I'm glad I didn't...must have been even more horrible. Anyway I was offered another meal, but I just wanted out so I asked for the bill for my beer and was told it was paid and again the manager apologized for the bad experience which was nice, but I don't think I'll ever be back.
