Josh is all sunshine and rainbows when he wants the job. Very eager for wanting your money before the job is completed. We paid him and he left our floor untiled and did not replace the toilet. Came up with lame excuses for not turning up. Then blocked me when I continued to call and text him! The floor was botched up and my husband had to fix his mess. Would not recommend him.
