On August 1,2023 I brought my Kia Rio to this location to find out why my battery keeps drainging and the car won't start. They said that they couldn't look at it for 2 weeks so fine .We waited till the end of September to call them. They said they would get back to us. 4 days later they called and said it needed a new wire that leads to the neg. terminal of the battery and it come from T.O. They forgot about my car. We were then told it also needed an alternator. Bad customer service.Neveragai

While I ended up buying a different car from another dealer, I was very impressed by just how accommodating the salesman (Matt) and the used car Mgr (Rachad) were while we spent 2 days trying to determine if a hybrid was right for us. They allowed us to take the car over the weekend to really put it to the test. The follow up discussion & negotiation was no hassle/no stress. Other aspects were positive enough too that I would not hesitate to recommend or re-visit them next car shopping time.

A complete waste of my time. When I arrived for an appointment to see a car on the website, the car was not even there.

The service is very poor.

The service is very poor..They are happy to sell you something but take it elsewhere for service. Better yet, don't buy from them at all. I'm so very sorry I did. I'm not sure what the rest of the Kia dealers in Ottawa are like but I'm not impressed with this one. Kia may have been a poor choice - I'd rather have a 3 year warranty and good service than 5 years of bad warranty service with Kia.
