If you have a pacemaker do not go they will take your money sell you prep but then cancel due to a pacemeker..Advised by the doc that their front end people are not medically trained so wouldnt know to ask blamed ref doc for not putting it down nothing on submitted form yet no spot for that. Inaccurate at reading docs and was belligerent towards referring doc .Could have stopped me from wasting time and money by asking one question at appt booking MONEY GRAB .-100 points

I highly recommend London Scoping Centre as they were accommodating, thoughtful, considerate, respectful, professional, friendly, caring and compassionate. Instructions for preparations were thorough and clear. I was provided with excellent guidelines to follow for post procedure care. Thank you for ensuring that the experience was the best that it could possibly be.

Waited 1 hr despite being first morning appointment. Drs faced away from me to computers while asking questions and scant explanations. In RR given tiniest cup of water and cookies hooked to vitals machine never approached again. RR nurse sat 5 ft away stapling patient handouts and talked nonstop about her workload owner wanted to put more people thru and prep being used is ineffective, this is how I find out my procedure was unsuccessful. I got different prep no charge. Assembly line.

Front desk staff were fine. The rest of the staff were extremely dismissive and often rude. No explanation to patients of the process or procedure while you're there. Staff looked annoyed when assistance of any kind was requested. Not very patient centred! Felt like being rushed through a factory.

Horrible. Go to buy prep kit, there debit/credit machine wasnt working. Everytime i call, it always goes to voicemail which i dont understand why since there are 2 receptionists. Apointment was at 10, had to wait till 11. Women came in 30 min late for appointment before me and they took her before taking me even though i was there waiting and she wasnt.

What a fabulous team at London Scoping. The receptionist answered my many calls and questions and told me to call if I had any more. The anesthesiologist and doctor explained everything that would happen and had wonderful people skills. And most of all the nurses who did before and after care. The team is caring, personable and all seem to work well together. A well oiled machine.
