Went into the store today to look at some pianos. Five staff were working and not one acknowledged I was there. Very disappointing. Reading the reviews now I’m not the only person who’s experienced this non-service.

Was looking to buy a nice Gibson, but every tom dick and hairy has touch every guitar in the place. When you plan on spending hard earned money, you would like to be the first person to christen.I had to almost fake a heartache to get help. Then when i could get his undivided attention, I asked the sales guy for a discount for the floor model, he looked at me like I had four heads. Unfortunately, i could no post this unless i gave them one star. To bad you can't take stars away. They deserve NON

This store is amazing! Buy all of my music supplies and books there. I purchased my Ukulele there aswell.

The staff are rud...

The staff are rude and just ignore you until you beg for help.
