the customer is always right, except at this company, just recently had a very good barn door replaced with an insulated door, the technicians were great except that they walked away with my old door when they were done. I asked the company why they took my old door as I still wanted it, and their reply was you should of told us that you wanted your door. I did not know I had to ask to keep my own door. Very poor customer service, beware if you hire this company

I recently had a garage door installed by Sofalvi Door Systems. From the first phone call I made to arrange an estimate to the installation of the door I received amazing service. The technicians were very polite and you can tell they take pride in the work they do. I would highly recommend this company.
